Ryan was born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. He has an extensive history in hockey.  Ryan has been coaching and developing young hockey players in Florida for over 20 years. This includes hockey camps, skills clinics, tournaments and an Academy. Ryan resides in Estero, FL, with his beautiful wife, Rochelle, and their four children. Played two years in the USHL for the Thunder Bay Flyers (1993-95), Played 10 years of professional hockey in the IHL, AHL and ECHL, Former Captain of the Florida Everblades ECHL Team, 2001 ECHL Champion.
